Kusina Ni Cheska (meaning “Cheska’s Kitchen”) started as a food truck in 2024 with the goal of bringing a unique and previously hard-to-find cuisine to Wichita.
Based on their earlier food truck menu, popular dishes include Pork Liempo (grilled marinated pork), Chicken Adobo (marinated chicken stew), and Lumpiang Shanghai (Filipino-style egg rolls).
Platters that allow foodies to sample multiple main dishes with sides like Pansit Bihon (fried noodles) are also a customer favorite.
